Region 12 wants to reach every member with our education programs, so we’re taking it on the road and bringing a two day event to Oregon at a comfortable, central, scenic location! This is the formerly named "Oregon Days", though it’s for EVERYONE in Region 12 and any interested singers in other regions!
Registration fee includes lunch, and is just $40 per day, $80 for both days. (Slight surcharge for participants outside of Region 12.) Youth fees for those 25 and under are also available.
The first day is usually a mini AIM – Think of it as a one day AIM weekend in your back yard! There are classes on using regional and international resources, leading and participating in better sectionals, communication skills and membership growth, choreography for small choruses, and more!
For those who want to stay overnight on Friday and/or Saturday, the resort provides an affordable rate including an expanded continental breakfast. On both Friday and Saturday, a convenient and delicious lunch will be provided at the venue. On Saturday night an optional dinner will be available for purchase as part of a fun social evening.
Guests may also call the reservation line to make room reservations. That number is: 541-942-2491. This reaches the front desk, and you need to reference the group Sweet Adelines to get the room block and rate. If you require a room extending dates not in the group block or a room not reserved in the room block, please contact the resort directly via phone to assist you in making your reservation.
If you or guests should have any special room requests or complications please also feel free to contact the Front Desk Manager at 541-767-4009.The song for the weekend is When I Take My Sugar to Tea. Remember to download both sheet music and learning tracks, then play them as often as you want from your own computer. To download the sheet music and learning tracks, log in to the Members Only page of the Regional website, and click Songs. Non-Region 12 participants will receive the learning media via email.
Come with this song well learned, for maximum enjoyment!
